UORadio Community Guidelines

Effective Date: September 2025

UORadio is a service of UORealms LLC. These Community Guidelines set out expectations for anyone interacting with UORadio, including through shoutouts, music requests, the shoutbox, or communication with DJs and staff. By participating, you also agree to follow our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Respect and Conduct

Be respectful of DJs, staff, and other listeners. Harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes homophobia, transphobia, deadnaming, misogyny, racism, xenophobia, or other conduct deemed offensive by UORadio/UORealms representatives.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate a DJ, staff member, administrator, or representative of UORadio or UORealms. Misrepresentation of identity is grounds for removal of content or loss of participation privileges.

Privacy

Do not share personal information about yourself or others without consent. UORadio is not responsible for information you choose to disclose publicly.

Use of Services

Interactive features, including shoutouts, requests, and chat, exist to enhance the community experience. Spam, advertising, abusive submissions, or disruptive activity are not permitted.

Moderation

DJs, moderators, and representatives of UORealms LLC have full authority to enforce these Guidelines. This may include editing or removing content, denying requests, or restricting access with or without reason(s) given. All moderation decisions are final.

Enforcement

Violations may result in removal of content, loss of privileges, or further action under our Terms of Service. Serious cases may lead to account bans or permanent restrictions. Appeals may be submitted to support@uorealms.com.
